Withdrawal Policy
1. Withdrawal Eligibility
- Withdrawals can only be made from your Winnings Account; funds in your Unutilized or Cash Bonus balances are not eligible.
- You must provide valid KYC documents (e.g. PAN, address proof) if requested before processing withdrawals.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100.
2. Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 working hours.
- Bank holidays and third-party delays may affect processing time.
3. Payment Method
Withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of deposit where possible. If required, funds may also be transferred to your verified bank account.
4. Tax Deductions
Winnings over ₹10,000 are subject to 30% TDS as per Indian tax regulations, which will be deducted before the transfer is made.
5. Verification Failures & Rejections
- Withdrawal requests may be refused or delayed if documentation is missing, invalid, or suspicious activity is detected.
- If rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the cause and instructions on resolving the issue.
6. Forfeiture of Balance
- Unutilized account balances must be used within 335 days of credit, otherwise such amounts may be forfeited.
- Winnings not withdrawn within 335 days may be auto-transferred to your bank account without processing fees, subject to verification status.
