Cancellation & Refund Policy

CRICKETSARENA FANTASY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- CRICKETSARENA FANTASY PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. However, refund/replacement is possible if the customer proves the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please report to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.
- If the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item. The team will review and take an appropriate decision.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- If any refund is approved by CRICKETSARENA FANTASY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 1–2 days to the original payment method.
